Simple home workout to start off after a long time off

This is a home workout that I’m implementing after a long time being lazy having a sore back and neck.

It’s a simple workout in that it’s easy to follow but if you do it right you will be sore tomorrow.

I’m doing this 2-3 times a week and trying to get back to my normal routine. I’ll post that soon. Adjust the weights and reps to suit your needs. If you’re unsure just try and do mine and you’ll know if you can do more or less.

You can do each exercise sets in one go with a little break in between or do each exercise set and go on to the next repeating 3 times.

  • Pressups 20x3
  • KB Squat 20x3 ( get as deep as possible. Slow reps)
  • Shoulder press 10-12x3
  • Jump Lunge 10esx3
  • Dips 10x3 (Slow)
  • Burpees 10x3
