Are you like me and have constant issues with your neck and upper back?
My work and hobbies have me on the computer for much of the day and for years I’ve had issues with my back and neck.
I have had a sports injury to my shoulder which I think pulls at the same muscle but being on the computer and not having the best posture has definitely not helped the matter.
I don’t have all the answers as I’m still having issues but being conscious of your posture as you work, having a good ergonomic environment, and following some of the exercises in the video below has helped.
It is important to be consistent with this as it’s easy to forget and then just assume it’s not working. You need to give it time to see results.
